As a manufacturer in Dayton, Ohio our facility has expanded from our original "one man shop in a shed" to a state of the art manufacturing compound along side I-75 at Needmore Road, that is for many, a Dayton Landmark.

Founded by John Vance Sr. over 75 years ago, our product lines include Sunrooms, Patio Rooms, Windows, Doors, and the exclusive rights to the the Solara Sunshade system, keeping Aristocrat current.
